My then tennis coach wife introduced me to Alan. Discovering I was in business, Alan swooped, and persuaded me with his humour and charm (!) to sponsor four of his team - top British women players, rated UK 2,3,4,5.  I supported for several years, including attending some of their tournaments with my family - this included the Int tournament in Eastbourne.  Before long I was persuaded to be a sponsor of this tournament too (I was a sponsor for 16 years)   Thank you, Alan !  I always had fun banter with Alan, and much fun and new friendships through my association with Alan. I called Alan last year after my son drummed for Jamie Cullum on the Centre Court lawns for the 'Members' 100 year anniversary, and after my son and Jamie subsequently sat in the Royal Box. This special gig, and everything else associated with me and tennis started with Alan (and my wife !)  Thank you Alan. A very special person indeed has sadly left us, and will be so missed.   Love Graham Webb  x
